Good ole Chuckie Brown. He's all grown up, still living in his old hometown, and he is still as much a loser as ever - just ask his dog, Scoopy. Chuckie's friend, Minus, is staging the biggest Great Pumpkin Festival ever, and has brought Schrover in to coordinate the music for the event. Minus' big sister Moocy returns, determined to marry her childhood sweetheart. Little does she know, the man she loved has changed. It all leads to murder in the Pumpkin Patch!
