Front-of-house manager and Carby’s cousin. Practical, observant, and quietly keeping the place from falling apart. Ricky keeps detailed mental records of every customer—what they order, when they come in, and how they like it. He also notices when something doesn’t add up, which is great for the restaurant and terrible for his peace of mind.
Ah-Choo
Sous chef. Precise, meticulous, and deeply committed to doing things exactly right—or at least proving that he did. He labels everything in the kitchen. Everything. Including things that may not need labeling.
Betsy Crocker
A relentlessly cheerful celebrity chef who approaches cooking with confidence, creativity, and a unique relationship to reality. Betsy Crocker has learned from many “mentors,” though not all of them appear to have actually existed.
